SWISS ALPS - BACKCOUNTRY - PARK - PLAY

Engadin 22.-27.3.2019

At STMA adventure camps we are here to help you focus on your freestyle skills to help enhance your riding experience! Whether you are in the park on hill or freeriding in the backcountry we can help mold your skills so you can go out and progress in any conditions. One of our focus areas is to educate campers in avalanche awareness! There is so much knowledge and information that goes into being safe when riding out of bounds and giving you better board control in any situation. We have top level coaches that are here to guide you through all the aspects of technical riding, so you can go out and own any type of terrain.

Engadin / Corvatsch

Jewel of the Alps famous for its expensive shops and posh atmosphere is also one of the best freeride locations. Why is that? Very few of its regular visitors are interested in off-piste skiing, therefore powder snow stays untracked long after snowfall. We mostly ride at Corvatsch with vertical drop of almost 2000 meters. Terrain is quite challenging and offers everything from steep couloirs to big open faces. There is almost no need for hiking and riders can choose from all kinds of aspects to make best use of current snow conditions.

The proof of its great terrain is a famous Engadinsnow freeride contest that takes place on a scary north face of Mount Corvatsch clearly visible from Murtel station. Be there with us to ride local best runs and perhaps eventually defeat the north face....
